We know a few people
who walk with unfailing hope,
a force inside moving their body,
forcing them to walk
against wind and snow.
Men and women searching,
giving themselves to an ideal
that summarizes life to them.
An imperishable power,
an ideal,
brightening up any path,

independent of any material reward.
A scandal to the world!
